- Processing premium subscription payments via Stripe
- Responding to HELP requests and processing STOP requests
SMS Messaging
By opting in to STACK, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from STACK at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies based on your check-in schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers to operate STACK:

- Stripe — Payment processing
- Anthropic — AI response generation
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Data Security
We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorized systems only. We do not store full payment information — all payment data is handled by Stripe.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you unsubscribe (text STOP), we will cease sending messages immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.
