The Service
STACK is an automated SMS accountability service that helps users track income goals from side hustles and freelance work. The service uses AI-generated responses to provide personalized feedback based on self-reported data. STACK does not provide financial advice.
SMS Opt-In and Consent
By texting STACK to (877) 327-0144 or submitting your phone number on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from STACK at the mobile number you provided. These messages include:
- Weekly check-in prompts
- Accountability responses and feedback
- Goal milestone and streak notifications
- Service updates and premium upgrade offers
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or Canada to use STACK. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Free and Premium Tiers
STACK offers a free tier and a premium tier at $12/month. The free tier allows one income stream to be tracked. Premium unlocks up to five income streams, custom check-in frequency, and additional reporting features.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during onboarding
- Use STACK only for lawful personal accountability purposes
- Not attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
- Not use STACK to track illegal income or activities

STACK is an accountability tool, not a financial advisor. All feedback generated by STACK is AI-generated based on self-reported data and is for motivational purposes only. We make no guarantees about income outcomes. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K&D Prestige Rentals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of STACK. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of STACK after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
